Who we are...
We are a law firm with a unique Polish-Spanish profile, whose aim is to provide legal support to investors in the Polish and Spanish markets. To ensure that our clients receive a high-quality, comprehensive range of legal services in Spain, we collaborate with local Spanish law firms and tax advisers.
The firm’s founder – Paulina Smulska-Gachon Ph.D., Advocate – is ana advocate with both national and international experience. She is Ph.D. in Law and has a LL.M. in international commercial law. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and the Barcelona Bar Association.
She has twice been recognised as a recommended lawyer in the prestigious international Legal 500 ranking. In October 2026, she was honoured with the Leader in International Corporate Law, Cross-Border Legal Services and Business Protection award, which was presented at an international gala in Milan.
As a legal expert, she has participated in Sejm committee meetings concerning draft legislation. For many years, she has provided services to banks.
