Paulina Smulska-Gachon Ph.D.

She is Ph.D. in Law and she holds LL.M. in International Commercial Law. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association and the Barcelona Bar Association.

She has twice been recognised as a recommended lawyer in the prestigious international Legal 500 ranking. In October 2026, she was awarded the Leader in International Corporate Law, Cross-Border Legal Services and Business Protection, which was presented at an international gala in Milan.

She is the author of numerous academic publications in the field of commercial law. Among other things, she is the co-author of a book and guide entitled ‘The Constitution of Business’. Whilst studying law, she also studied philosophy and, in 2010, obtained a Master’s degree in Philosophy. In 2015, she was awarded a Doctor of Laws degree, and in 2020, an LL.M. in International Commercial Law.

As a legal expert, she has participated in Sejm committee meetings concerning draft legislation. For many years, she has provided legal opinions on draft legislation and offered services to banks. She specialises in corporate law, construction law, property law and civil proceedings in Poland, as well as international regulations in the aforementioned areas. At Hipszania, she specialises in property law.

She founded a law firm with a unique Polish-Spanish profile to support investors in both the Spanish and Polish markets.
