I registered the Law Firm of advocate Paulina Smulska Ph.D.in 2016. At that time I had many years of experience as lawyer in International and Polish law firms in which I was representing clients in front of the courts and I was participating in international transactions.  

I defended Ph.D. disertation at University of Warsaw in 2015. In 2016 I was entered on the list of Advocates in Poland and in 2021 I obtained title LL.M. in International Commercial Law. In 2024 I was registered as an advocate in Spain.

In 2024 I was recognised second time in International ranking "Legal 500" as reccomended lawyer in M&A field. For many years I was preparing opinion regarding bills of legal acts. I was participating in the the meetings of parliamentary committees regarding draft of legal acts.

As the Ph.D. researcher I was pro-active at University of Warsaw and Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. For example: I was an organizer of Interdisciplinary inter-universities seminar on law and ethics titled “Responsibility from ethical and legal perspective”, held in the academic year 2012/2013 at the University of Warsaw and the University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski. I am the author of many publications regarding civil and commercial law.

In  professional practice, I specialize on civil law (in particular real estates, contract law and family law) and commercial law . For many years I was conducting civil proceedings regarding credit agreements, construction works and cases related to the commercial law. For many years I was providing services to the banks.

I assist clients to go through the real estate transactions in Spain. I cooperate with law offices in Costa Brava and Costa Blanca area in Spain.
