As en experienced advocate  I represent Clients in M&A transactions in Poland. I represent Polish Clients in Spain in real estate transactions. I provide services also for foreign entities on the Polish market.

Representation includes among others: (i) legal analysis of the circumstances and finding the best solution or strategy (ii) negotiations of the provision of the agreements, (iii) preparation of the contracts and other documents related to the main agreement, (iv) due diligance of the Company.

I provide services for domestic, interatnional companies and individuals at all stages of the court disputes and also at the pre-litigation stage in civil cases or commercial cases and preliminary proceeding in the criminal cases.

It includes also participation in the mediation or representation of the Client in negotiations before the court's stage.

If Client don't want to obtain full package of the service of advocate during the entire court proceeding, I prepare pleadings for Clients which they submitt to the court by themselves.

This service include legal assistance in the process of buying real estate in Spain. I help Clients to obtain NIE number, open the bank account, check the legal status of the real estate and go through the all contract process of purchasing the real estate  in Spain.

I am focused on Costa Brava and Costa Blanca area in Spain. In order to provide the best services to my Clients I cooperate with the local law firms and tax advisors in Spain, if it is necessary.

I represent Clients in front of the courts inthe cases regarding the removal of WIBOR from credit agreements in Polish złoty(PLN). The services includes among others: the preparation of the lawsuit(WIBOR case), the application for security of the claim and legalrepresentation in front of the court.

Services in the field of construction works law includes among others: preparation of the agreements between the entities participating in the process of construcion works and representation of the Clients in front of the courts if the dispute related to the construction works appears.

I help entities who have agreements related to foreign currencies, in particular in Swiss franc (CHF).  During the analysisof the documents I check whether the credit agreement can be recognized as invalid,the payment of credit installments can be suspended or whether there are anyunfair terms in the contract. I provide assistance in cases regarding the so-called use of capital, the cases relating to the return of capital or cases regarding the deprivation of enforceability of a writ of execution.

I advise Polish and foreign companies on the Polish market. Legal services include, among others: daily legal services for companies and company bodies, registration proceedings in the register of entrepreneurs (KRS), assistance during shareholders' meetings, preparation of documents and establishment of companies in Poland.

The legal assistance which I provide regards cases like: divorce, alimony, division of the common assets, establishing contacts with children, separation of the common assets.

The family cases are very sensitive, personal and human. I support my Clients to go trought this dificult for them process and I support parents in conducting negotiations regarding the parenting agreement.
