Civil Proceedings

We assist businesses entities and individuals in resolving commercial and construction disputes, combining legal expertise with a practical understanding of the realities of business and the investment process. Our aim is to minimise risk, protect our clients’ interests and guide them effectively through every stage of a dispute.

We provide comprehensive legal representation for domestic and international companies, business owners and individuals in civil and commercial disputes. We support our clients at every stage of the proceedings — from analysing the situation and developing a strategy, through the pre-litigation stage and proceedings before the court of first instance, right through to appeal proceedings and the enforcement of a final judgement.

We treat each case individually. We thoroughly analyse the facts, documentation and legal risks, and then present the client with possible courses of action. On this basis, we develop a coherent litigation strategy tailored to the client’s objectives, aimed at protecting their rights, interests and negotiating position.

It is often possible to resolve a dispute effectively even before the case is brought before a court. We therefore offer support at the pre-litigation stage, covering in particular the assessment of the merits of claims and potential defences, the preparation of demands for payment and other correspondence, as well as the analysis of contracts and evidence gathered.

We represent clients in pre-litigation negotiations, striving to reach a favourable settlement whilst minimising the time, costs and risks associated with litigation. If an amicable resolution of the dispute is not possible, we prepare the case for court proceedings in a structured and well-considered manner.
